Easy Keto Bolognese Sauce
Looking for a low carb Bolognese sauce to add to Zoodles, skinny pasta or cauliflower rice? This easy recipe takes about 20 minutes and it is delicious!
Ingredients
- Meatloaf mix (Ground Beef & Pork) - 1 lb
- Rao arrabiata sauce - 3/4 jar
- Shallot - 1 small
- Red pepper - 1 small
- Garlic - 1 teaspoon minced
- Salt, pepper and paprika - To taste
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Instructions
In a hot cast iron skillet, add the olive oil and saute the garlic, red pepper and shallot for 5 minutes. Once cooked through, add the meatloaf mix and cook the meat thoroughly.
Once the meat is cooked, add the Arrabiata sauce and mix well. Cook for another couple of minutes and season to taste with paprika, salt and pepper.
Mix the Bolognese sauce with Zoodles, skinny pasta or cauliflower rice. Shave fresh Parmesan cheese on top to finish the dish.
